Your role:
We are looking for the Global Head of Contact Lenses (CL) Sourcing who will lead global sourcing activities for the Contact Lens category (approx. €2B spend). Drive strategic negotiations, optimize tactical buying to capture best market conditions and ensure alignment across regions. Act as the primary sourcing representative to global CL suppliers and internal stakeholders, including Marketing, DTC, Finance and Supply Chain. Coordinate global supplier relationships in all regions (suppliers’ global meetings, contract negotiations, presentations and internal strategic meetings) supported by Regional CL Sourcing leaders.
Main responsibilities:
- Manage all global contract negotiations and supplier relationships
- Serve as first escalation point for GMs
- Align with Head of Function and Category Team to execute strategy
- Coordinate regional managers and integration projects
- Lead strategic projects and global supplier meetings
- Prepare and consolidate presentations for leadership and sourcing initiatives
- Represent sourcing in all relevant cross-functional meetings
Main requirements:
- 10+ years of Sourcing/Supply Chain experience in a major industrial sector (automotive, white goods, pharma) in multinational companies
- Proven negotiation and cost-control expertise
- Strong executive communication and project management skills
- Ability to manage diverse cultures and time zones
- Flexible for global travel
- Highly organized and adaptable
