Your Role
Key and pivotal role within Oakley.com dept, aimed to define an efficient content strategy, manage global website calendar, merging and aligning business, product and editorial/brand needs, brand immersion and commercial targets. The calendar coordinator works with the entire Oakley.com team, including regional managers, program managers and analysts. She/he’s also the main POC with digital services teams (such as creative hub/content, assortment & planning, performance marketing, affiliation, CRM) and brand team (media, social, special projects), CRO, D2C and omnichannel.
Main goal for the Coordinator is to create an elevated online brand experience, with 360 approach and alignment between different traffic/revenues generating channels (EDM, performance marketing, seo,..) as well as retail/whs. She/he also guides the definition of an elevated homepage, landing pages/campaigns yearly plan and site experience, managing a global calendar, supporting also tactical moments and local needs.
CHALLENGES
Constantly inform and collaborate with different vertical supporting teams, creating work back calendars, efficient content process with proper time for feedbacks, quality control and testing, as well as post events reporting. Define and track commercial vs editorial user journeys

Take informed decision based on results, business needs, users’ site behavior’s.
Work with customer facing approach, think critically and constructively with brand marketing approach.
Main Responsibilities
- Calendar definition and promotional moment coordination (key coordinator role during Cyber Week and main commercial moments)
- Calendar management from brief, quality checks, pre go live test and result/analysis together with analytics team and product analysis
- Definition and management of ongoing site content/product improvements together with product team, optimized flow with creative hub teams and brand team
- Monitor launch success and propose/coordinate eventual reinforcement actions inside the team and outside (giving feedback to campaigns, launches, needs strictly related to the channel)
- Calendarization of recurrent activities (monthly, seasonal, secondary pages, internal search, menu, etc updates as well as content maintenance and debugs)
- Regular reporting on content and launches, campaigns and main yearly stories
Main Requirements
- Education background in Marketing, Economics or related field
- Previous robust experience in online content management with complex multi country and multilanguage environment
- Capability to link content planning with business needs
- Strong brand marketing eye and approach together with sensibility for analysis/data
- Visual sensibility
- Organization, precision and PM approach
- Ability to coordinate multiple teams on different streams at the same time
