Your role

 

This internship offers a unique opportunity to contribute to our Digital Broadcasting journey and support the transformation of our channel, fostering innovation and automation. You will be part of a dynamic and passionate team, managing the largest digital network worldwide in the eyewear industry, featuring over 24,000 digital screens across Retail and Wholesale channels.

As an intern, you will support the team in daily activities, collaborating with cross-functional teams globally and interacting with all Group brands (House Brands, Licensed Brands, and Retail Brands) throughout different stages of content development and execution. You will gain visibility across the entire ecosystem and manage specific tasks and projects independently, always with guidance from the team. Your contribution will help ensure that all broadcast content aligns with channel strategy and brand identity, creating an effective content loop tailored to the in-store consumer journey.

This experience will allow you to broaden your skills and develop professionally while working on both Wholesale, Retail and Corporate projects.

 

Main responsabilities:

 

  • Operational support and coordination: Assist the team in managing workflows, monitoring project status, helping resolve issues, and ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Work with Marketing, Business, Creative, IT teams, and external vendors to ensure proper content implementation.
  • Independent management of specific tasks: Take ownership of defined activities, such as playlist creation or data monitoring, under supervision.
  • Exposure to strategic projects: Participate in initiatives ranging from Retail to internal communication, observing how an integrated digital experience is built.

 

Main Areas of Support:

 

  • WHS & Retail Digital Experience: Assist in defining in-store advertising plans and creating playlists through the Digital Broadcasting tool.
  • Showrooms & Internal Editorial Calendar: Support planning content for offices and plants, including special events.
  • Retail Device Data Management: Support monitoring and updating device databases to guarantee accurate content broadcasting.
  • Monitoring & reporting: Track broadcast transmissions and identify hardware/software issues through ticketing systems. Help maintain visibility on open points and follow up with relevant stakeholders to keep projects moving forward.

 

Main requirements:

  • Educational Background in Management Engineering, Economics, Management.
  • Curiosity and eagerness to learn in an international, dynamic environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills and team-oriented mindset.
  • Basic knowledge of digital tools and MS Office suite.
  • Proficient English.
  • Analytics skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Open-mindedness & Critical thinking.
