Your role

 

We are looking for a Content Lifecycle Management ​who will 

be placed in a new business unit that is developing the new corporate DAM. He/she must know the functionalities of the main DAM technologies and the best practices for developing them. He/she will have to take into account both the existing asset categories and the categories that will be added in the future, working closely with the main users of the system, both internal and external, and with the IT team that will develop it.

He/She will oversee the implementation and ongoing management of the new DAM system, ensuring it meets the needs of the organization, and develop training programs for users.


Main responsibilities:

 

  • Assets category creation: Follow step-by-step process to create new assets category in cooperation with the main users.
  • Assets categories optimization: Optimize the management of taxonomy and workflow for pre-existing asset categories.  
  • Tech Specs: Give clear tech specs and guidelines to the IT Team to develop the corporate DAM.
  • Workflow design: Design of the assets flow from and to internal and external stakeholders that create, upload, adapt contents.
  • Training: Set training kits dedicated to the main users of the DAM, both internal and external

 

Main requirements:

 

 

  • Educational Background in Linguistic Sciences, Data Science, Digital Humanities, or similar.
  • Solid experience with Excel and Power Point
  • Experience with Power BI is appreciated
