GENERAL FUNCTION

Responsible for providing support to Doctors of Optometry (ODs) enrolled in The Appointment Book (TAB) system.

 

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Troubleshoot and log any TAB system related defects and track to completion
  • Address all questions timely and efficiently from ODs and their associates regarding TAB
  • Create, establish, and complete all necessary requirements for Doctors to be added to TAB
  • Test and validate system defects and/or new enhancements within the application
  • Lead future system enhancements as needed
  • Lead TAB Training with associates, doctors and vendors
  • Communicate to and educate brand partners where TAB can provide efficiencies and/or enhancements to the patient and doctor experience
  • Enable and troubleshoot TAB integrations with external Employee Health Records (EHR) partners
  • Investigate and resolve TAB systems issues
  • Manage external call center relationships and integrations for execution of various TAB/CRM call programs
  • Create and deliver training materials for doctors and stores; update training for efficiency and effectiveness
  • Recommend enhancements to the processes, functionality and use of TAB

 

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in IT support, call center, or operations
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects and tasks based on business needs
  • Ability to follow processes and procedures to completion
  • Strong problem solving, critical thinking and organizational skills
  • Excellent customer service, communications, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong self-starter able to manage multiple competing priorities and meet deadlines
  • Proven track record of successful relationship management
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Excellent attention to detail

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in a medical or healthcare environment
  • Project management experience

Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements.
