GENERAL FUNCTION

The Store Operations Administrator provides stores operational and project management support and in addition responsible for building and maintaining accurate data on multiple platforms all critical to operate a 600+ store fleet. The Administrator collaborates regularly with cross functional partners to distribute reporting, handle escalations and clarify processes. This person represents store operations as a liaison between the corporate office and the field and manages diverse situations in a fast paced environment.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Supports Field Managers, Stores and Brand Team on operational questions and escalations (via email inboxes) and resolves issues in a timely manner.
  • Manages the data entry and accuracy of multiple spreadsheets and data bases.
  • Conducts research to gather data and ensure accuracy in support of team projects.
  • Supports store and brand special projects as needed.
  • Identifies opportunities to develop a process for a seamless execution and cost effectiveness.
  • Works independently and with project owners and financial partners to generate and distribute reports, invoices and approvals to the field and project partners.
  • Creates and maintains critical and confidential documents related to store operations.
  • Manages and coordinates multiple tasks simultaneously and delivers quality work on time.
  • Develops working knowledge of store operations and execution via scheduled visits to field/stores.
  • Proactively builds business partnerships across all disciplines throughout the organization.
  • Constantly looks for ways to streamline processes for stores, field and brand team.
  • Fosters positive relationships with and among team members.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years of related work experience in a retail environment or similar capacity
  • Developed organization, time management, prioritizing and follow-up skills
  • Strong computer/technical skills – Smartsheet, Microsoft Office software (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and other industry specific platforms
  • Excellent communication skills – can effectively communicate with internal and external customers and able to write and present effectively
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, set priorities, identify/address problems and meet deadlines
  • Able to define an effective process or work flow
  • Ability to work independently and in ambiguous situations
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality on conversations, business records and reports both internal and external
  • Project management experience

​Pay Range: 68,764.20  - 98,635.80 

 

Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements. In addition, you may also be offered a competitive bonus and/or commission plan, which complements a first-class total rewards package.
