Your role

We are looking for a Process Engineer who will be responsible for our Madrid factory flow processes implementation and monitoring. Working with our internal clients to improve industrial processes in order to maintain efficiency, reduce cost, improve sustainability and maximize profitability.

 


Main responsibilities:

  • Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma aproaching for Process Control and continuous improvement  projects, working with production team
  • Project and process management
  • Analysis of Kpis in order to create, implement, analyse and improve lab performance
  • Study, create, modify and update of lab work instructions and SOP procedures for the different stages of the manufacturing process
  • Lab process and lay out reengineering, study of manufacturing flows and line balancing

 

Main requirements:

  • From 1 year of experience in industrial engineering environment
  • Previous experience with Lean Manufacturing / Six Sigma
  • Experience with Autocad
  • Project management
  • Fluency in Spanish and English is a must
