Your role

We are looking for a Supply Chain Controller, who will join our Team based in London.  This role will appeal to an individual who thrives in a fast paced, dynamic environment and would love to become part of a successful eCommerce business.  This hybrid position requires working in our Kensington office 2 days a week. 

Main responsibilities:

• Placing daily orders with suppliers
• Chasing vendors and updating orders due dates
• Reconciling delivered quantities with expected volumes
• Investigating, reporting and informing about availability issues
• Informing customer service for ad-hoc backorder requests
• Coordinating with distribution centers, supporting daily business
• Reporting KPI’s about suppliers performance
• Generating daily reports
• Supporting the Supply Chain Team and Business development

Main requirements:

• A good understanding of the supply chain principles
• A first successful experience in supply chain or logistics
• Experience with SAP or another ERP
• A good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other Office packages
• Applicant must be confident communicator, both via phone email and video calls
• Applicant must be organized and methodical, able to multi-task
• A can-do attitude in an evolving environment is a must
