We are looking for Mandarin-speaking candidates who will be working with Mandarin-speaking supplier.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • HANDLING INQUIRIES AND RESOLVING ISSUSES – customer service representatives interact with customer through various channel (Phone to answer call, provide information and resolve any problem or complaints)

  • PROVIDING SUPPORT- assist customers in using product/ services effectively, troubleshooting technical issues, and guiding them through process such as placing orders or making returns.

  • CREATE ORDER IN SYSTEM – help customer to place order in rainbow system (stock & RX lens).

  • PROCEED CREDITS RETURNS- receiving & processing customer good return / check quality of the lens returns.

  • RECEIVE PARCEL FROM HQ – update time received, sorting the job and packing (flag the completed order in system).

  • COLLECTION FROM DESPATCH- sorting and check items from dispatch.

  • SEND PARCEL TO HQ – send job edging to HQ (frames stock and RX lens).

  • Assist Warehouse – Pick lens and invoicing the order. ( IF NEEDED)

  • LEARNING LEORNADO PLATFORM - Do course in Leornardo.( TRAINING & LEARING PROCESS)
