Developing and Optimizing Processes:

• Designing, configuring, and optimizing industrial processes from inception through to start-up and certification..
• Conducting tests and monitoring the performance of processes throughout production.
• Developing new manufacturing processes.
• Leading scale-up activities for promising new processes.
• Participating in intellectual property (IP) development.

Process Optimization & Quality Control:

• Troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.
• Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency, yield, and product quality.
• Analyzing process data using statistical tools (SPC) to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Developing and maintaining detailed process documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and control plans.

Collaboration & Communication:

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including production, quality control, and engineering, to ensure seamless operations.
• Keep updating on industry trends and technologies.
• Participating in the qualification and validation of new equipment and processes.
• Conducting root cause analysis to identify and eliminate the source of production problems.
• Maintaining a safe and clean work environment in accordance with company safety protocols.
• Effectively communicate technical concepts and process developments to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Must have

• Bachelor's degree or Higher in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in plastic film coating, rewinding and cutting manufacturing environment, with a demonstrated track record in process development.
• Proven experience in coating, rewinding, roll cutting machines and technologies
• Strong understanding of tension control system in web/film handling.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Good command of English both written & spoken
