Position: GLID Asia BKK Coatings Technologies Manager

Location: Ladkrabang, Bangkok

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manage GLID Asia Bkk Coatings Technologies team
• Align priorities and resources as per the directions and strategies of the GLID Asia Bkk and Central GLI LM&C departments
• Ensure the industrial development of new products and technologies and its rollout
• Foster positive relationship with all stakeholders - internal customers and suppliers
• Maintain strong connection with Technoclub/COE organizations in AEL, APAC and MP, including WW HC/AR Technoclub
• Contribute and suppport to Coatings Technologies Mid and Long-Term vision and strategies
• Ensure smooth day-to-day support to operations and main transformation projects within Asia and APAC zones, continously improving regular communication and feedback exchange on the work progress.
• Capitalize on Knowledge, promote and strengthen expertise training/sharing in technologies, processes and products
• Promote innovation and ensuring benchmarking on HC & AR processes and Equipment across different entities
• Promote GLI workflow and governance within the team - Support Request, RtE, Standard Change Request, etc.
• Collaborate with Technoclub/COE organizations on regular Fundamentals & PCP audits in the Asia operation entities.
• Work closely with GLID Bkk platform in regards to test, validation ongoing, as well as on budgeting and investment process.

Quailifications:

• Experience in managing multi-cultural technical experts team

• Demonstrate strong leadership with ability to influence others and communicate with clarity at all levels

• Good communication skill
