· Develop and execute trade marketing strategies aligned with the company’s objectives and brand guidelines.
· Tailor global marketing initiatives to suit regional trade needs and opportunities.
· Map current distribution to shape local trade marketing strategy and segment main client clusters in the Turkish Market in close communication flow with Commercial Team.
· Implement merchandising and point-of-sale (POS) solutions to maximize visibility and sales impact.
· Ensure fluent logistic networking for an optimal distribution of the POP materials.
· Plan and manage trade shows, exhibitions, and in-store events to build brand presence and foster relationships.
· Oversee the execution of product launches and seasonal campaigns in trade channels.
· Partner with the global marketing team to ensure consistency in brand messaging to protect brand consistency across markets.
· Ensure high quality in all of the investments with a strong eye on look and feeling.
· Monitor and analyze trade marketing campaign performance to inform decision-making.
· Leverage data insights to optimize ROI and improve future initiatives.
· Oversee the trade marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
· Discover possible new solutions and/or procedures to improve management of the various activities.

Degree in Marketing or Business.

At least 4 years experience in sales and/or trade marketing in FMCG or Cosmetic industry,

Experience in managing a team is a must

Fluency in English AND Turkish is a must for this role

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills,

Analytical,

Proficiency in MS office applications,

Can-do attitude with high level of energy and learning aptitude
