1. Collect the invoice from the vendor and match the invoice with the goods receipt.

2. Arrange the payment based on Payment terms and ensure the payment is performed accurately and timely Work closely together with CB team;

3. Reconcile vendor statements periodically.

4. In charge of the issue resolution if there is any discrepancy during invoice posting;

5. Prepare and analyze AP report;

6. Deliver the monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing process;

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in finance or related major;

2. 1-2 years working experience in a multi-national company is plus;

3. Able to read, write, and speak in English;

4. Proactive, problem-solving;

5. Knowing well about SAP would be a plus.
