Location: Munich area

Home office: 60% in the office and up to 40% remote working

 

Your role

 

This HR Business Partner will work closely with the business in transforming the business and driving the HR agenda.


Main responsibilities

 

  • Act as a business partner to  provide HR guidance, 
  • Develop and maintain a trusted relationship with the business and ensure the deployment of HR policy,  Performance Management, Talent Management, Succession Planning, Workforce Planning Compensation, Employment Law/Relations, etc.
  • Act as a high-impact and trusted change manager to the organization..
  • Close collaboration with HR colleagues in DACH and Centers of Excellence.
  • Ensure compliance with German legislation.

 

Main requirements

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field is required.
  • At least a first HRBP experience (minimum 3 years)
  • High problem solving and analytical capability; 
  • Have intellectual curiosity, bringing valuable insight into the team / business.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English
