GENERAL FUNCTION

Lead and enhance quality control processes, training programs, and change management within the EssilorLuxottica network of over 100 optical labs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and continuous innovation to align with the company’s strategic goals. Monitor and report key performance indicators to senior leadership to drive operational excellence and resource optimization.

 MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and oversee the development and execution of a comprehensive testing plan (Core Validation, Non-Regression, Unit Acceptance, Mass, and End to End testing) across over 100 optical labs to ensure quality goes live through the phases of the project.
  • Design and implement a dynamic training program tailored to the needs of the optical lab network, focusing on both technical skills and soft skills enhancement.
  • Spearhead change management initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions during technology transformation, process improvements, and organizational changes.
  • Manage a team of up to 15 contractors, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align testing and training initiatives with the company's strategic objectives.
  • Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of testing, training, and change management activities.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging innovation and efficiency in processes and practices.
  • Liaise with senior management to report on progress, challenges, and the impact of initiatives on operations and quality.
  • Manage budget and resources for testing, training, and change management projects, ensuring optimal use of resources.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Human Resources, Information Technology, or related field.
  • At least 8-10 years of relevant experience in testing, training, and change management, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role overseeing these functions.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on time and within budget.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate ideas, influence others, and adapt communication style to different audiences.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data-driven insights to inform decisions.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Certifications related to project management (PMP), change management (Prosci ADKAR, CCMP), or Agile methodologies (CSM, SAFe) are highly desirable.
  • Advanced degrees (e.g., MBA, master's in organizational development) are a plus.
