The S&OP continuous improvement Analyst will be the Supply Chain point of contact for the S&OP projects lead by the WW SC Project Team to ensure a good coordination and communication and to make sure the objectives of the project are aligned with the S&OP team expectations. Furthermore, S&OP continuous improvement Analyst will be proposing new transformations & improvements that will help increase the maturity of the process.

Main responsibilities:

• Bring new ideas to improve and change the process where needed
• Create a strong communication relationship with the project team
• Align all S&OP stakeholders on the ongoing projects and have them involved and engaged

Main requirements:

• Educational Background in Industrial Engineering or Business Administration
• At least 1 year of experience in Supply Chain: Planning department, Project Management roles within the Supply Chain
• Strong problem solving skills
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work with people from different cultures
• Solid experience with Excel (Macro/VBA/Power Pivot/ Power Query)
• Experience with SAP is a plus
• English is a must. French and/or Italian is a plus
