ENVISION YOUR FUTURE JOB

As Industrialization Engineer you will have the opportunity to be part of the Industrialization team of our Sun Lenses Business Unit. Mission of the role will be to develop and validate processes for new products or for new declinations of existing products.

You will have the following responsibilities, focused on a dedicated finishing technology and on chemical processes:

• New products and processes delivery to manufacturing on time for production
• Following inputs from T4 and prototyping team for new declinations or new products and following inputs from R&D team for new processes, to build a solid and stable process flow to obtain products in compliance with our internal qualitative standards
• To lead process improvements where machines and process modifications are required

You know you are a Luxottican when you recognize yourself in our 4 characteristics (imaginative, passionate, entrepreneurial, simple and fast) and:

• You have a Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Management or Materials Engineering 

• You have at least 1 year of experience in complex environment

• You have strong Project Management skills

• You have good knowledge of Ms Office (in particular Excel and Power Point)

• You are a flexible person, able to adapt in a contest of constant change

• You have strong facilitation and communication skills

• You love challenges and you take your responsibility seriously
