Requirements

•Administration or Engineering Bachelor Degree

•Advance English level

•Three years degree or equivalent in a related field or proven on the job experience working in a production environment

•One year of previous experience as a Supervisor in the areas of shipping receiving warehouse an inventory control

•Detailed understanding of inventory tracking and methods for tracking and maintaining inventory levels

•Previous experience leading a group of 20 or more employees

•Strong planning and organizing skills a must

•Demonstrated competence in supervisory skills: motivating employees to meet performance goals, strong communication skills, comfortable with coaching and training individuals and teams.
