Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated individual with a background in engineering and experience in manufacturing processes to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, a focus on results, and excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams. This role will involve daily production analysis and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze daily production reports to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions that drive efficiency and improve manufacturing processes.
- Utilize statistical tools and Six Sigma methodologies to enhance production outcomes (knowledge of Core Tools is desirable).
- Lead and participate in continuous improvement projects, focusing on achieving measurable results.
- Maintain effective communication and provide leadership to ensure alignment and progress toward production goals.
- Demonstrate a results-driven approach, ensuring that deliverables are met on time and within scope
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (required).
- Bilingual : English / Spanish
Experience:
- Proven experience in manufacturing processes (essential).
- Knowledge of statistical analysis and Six Sigma tools (desirable).
- Familiarity with Core Tools (APQP, FMEA, PPAP, MSA, SPC) is a plus.
- Languages: Conversational English required.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Strong data analysis capabilities, with attention to detail in identifying trends and driving solutions.

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization.
