Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated individual with a background in engineering and experience in manufacturing processes to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, a focus on results, and excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams. This role will involve daily production analysis and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze daily production reports to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions that drive efficiency and improve manufacturing processes.
• Utilize statistical tools and Six Sigma methodologies to enhance production outcomes (knowledge of Core Tools is desirable).
• Lead and participate in continuous improvement projects, focusing on achieving measurable results.
• Maintain effective communication and provide leadership to ensure alignment and progress toward production goals.
• Demonstrate a results-driven approach, ensuring that deliverables are met on time and within scope

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (required).
• Bilingual : English / Spanish

Experience:

• Proven experience in manufacturing processes (essential).
• Knowledge of statistical analysis and Six Sigma tools (desirable).
• Familiarity with Core Tools (APQP, FMEA, PPAP, MSA, SPC) is a plus.
• Languages: Conversational English required.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Strong data analysis capabilities, with attention to detail in identifying trends and driving solutions.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization.
