Position Summary
We are looking for a Logistics & Inventory Supervisor to oversee and manage material flow operations, ensuring accurate receiving, storage, production supply, and shipment of finished goods. This role is critical to identifying, reporting, and mitigating risks that may impact inventory integrity, production continuity, and customer deliveries.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong inventory control knowledge, process discipline, and a continuous improvement mindset.
Key Responsibilities

Ensure an efficient and controlled flow of materials to support production requirements and delivery commitments.

Supervise daily operations of logistics and inventory teams, assigning priorities and workloads.

Monitor receiving, storage, picking, and shipping processes to ensure compliance with established procedures.

Identify, report, and address incidents that could impact material condition, inventory accuracy, or production plans.

Ensure finished goods are shipped according to established packaging and quality standards.

Support onboarding, training, and ongoing development of logistics and inventory personnel.

Maintain accurate labor records, including attendance, overtime authorization, and performance documentation.

Promote and maintain workplace safety, industrial safety standards, and 6S practices.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support cross-functional projects and special tests.

Actively participate in meetings related to logistics, inventory, and operational performance.
Requirements

Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written).

Bachelor’s degree or Engineering degree in a related field.

Proven experience in inventory control and team supervision.

Knowledge of receiving, shipping, and material handling processes.

Strong understanding of industrial safety standards.

Experience with continuous improvement tools (Lean, 6S, Kaizen, etc.).

Demonstrated leadership and people management skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
