Position Summary
We are looking for a Foreign Trade & Customs Compliance Specialist to manage IMMEX customs compliance operations and ensure adherence to Mexican foreign trade regulations. This role is responsible for Annex 24 & Annex 30 administration, import/export compliance, government audits, and regulatory reporting within a manufacturing environment.
Required Qualifications

English proficiency - Fluent

Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Logistics, Business, or related field.

+7 Years of Experience in IMMEX, Annex 24 & Annex 30 administration.

Strong knowledge of Mexican Customs Law & Foreign Trade regulations.

Experience in manufacturing or maquiladora environment preferred.
Key Responsibilities

Administer Annex 24 (ZOE Customs System) and Annex 30 inventory control.

Ensure compliance with IMMEX, SAT, and Secretaría de Economía regulations.

Manage IVA/IEPS certification renewals and foreign trade procedures.

Coordinate Certificates of Origin with suppliers.

Perform monthly pedimentos reconciliation and customs audits.

Monitor tariff preferences and foreign trade decrees.

Process transactions through Ventanilla Única and SAT platforms.

Support governmental audits and compliance requirements.

Maintain customs databases, catalogs, and compliance reports.

Ensure compliance with Import/Export legal requirements and IMS standards.
