    Your role

     

    We are seeking a Customs Analyst to join our Foreign Trade and Logistics team. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with customs and tax regulations, as well as supporting the efficient management of import and export operations.


    Main responsibilities:

    • Ensure compliance with current Customs Law and Tax Law.
    • Manage and follow up on import and export operations, verifying accurate documentation.
    • Support the application and control of Incentive Programs from the Ministry of Economy (SE).
    • Maintain updated information in Annex 24 systems.
    • Coordinate with customs brokers, logistics providers, and internal departments to ensure proper procedures.
    • Participate in internal audits and reviews related to foreign trade and fiscal compliance.
    • Collaborate on activities related to safety and quality programs (SCS, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 13485).
    • Contribute to continuous improvement of foreign trade and logistics processes.

     

    Main requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, International Business, Logistics, or a related field. Customs and Tax Law.
    • Logistics and customs operations.
    • Annex 24 and Incentive Programs (SE)
    • Import and export processes
    • Safety programs and ISO standards (SCS, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 13485)
    •  Intermediate English proficiency (reading, writing, and speaking).
    • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work under pressure and collaboratively.
