Your role : 

 

We are looking for a Tax Reporting Specialist who will be part of the EssilorLuxottica Group Corporate Tax department  and will:

 

· review all tax-related aspects of the Group's consolidated financial statements and conducts analyses to provide an understanding of the tax impacts on the consolidated accounts.

· provide support and coordination for the County by Country and Pillar II reporting.

· work closely with the Corporate Consolidation team and regional/local tax and finance representatives.

Key to the success in this role will be the ability to engage on tax reporting and tax compliance matters with senior stakeholders both within the finance community and the tax team.

Main responsibilities:

 

. Tax rate reporting: review, monitor, forecast and control group effective tax rate.

· Uncertain Tax positions: match balances with Group's consolidated financial statements, accruals/releases/ settlements monitor and process approvals, forecast, all in collaboration with regional tax managers.

· Corporate Income Tax Cash flow: monitor and forecast

· CBCR (Country-by-Country Reporting): preparation and filings in collaboration with consolidation team, regional tax managers and local finance team. Automatization.

· Pillar II: Safe Harbor calculation review, detailed calculation, automatization, advisor coordination, law changes monitoring, interaction with Group auditors. In collaboration with consolidation team, regional tax managers and local finance team.

· Tax fees monitor and reports to Head of Tax.

· Legal entity rationalization projects support and monitor

· Ensure regulatory monitoring of tax aspects affecting the consolidation of the Group’s accounts.

 

Main requirements:

 

. Educational Background in University Degree in Economics

· At least 5-10 years of experience in finance matters – Tax (as plus)

· Deep knowledge of tax-related IAS/IFRS standards

· Solid experience with MS office software packages – SAP (as plus)

· Solid experience in accounting

· The candidate should have strong problem solving and networking skills, be flexible and able to work in dynamic environments.

· Ability to prioritize activities and meet deadlines with the highest quality
