Your role

 

We are looking for a highly skilled and business-oriented Senior Business Analyst to join the EMEA Professional Solutions Business Analytics team.

This role plays a key part in executing the business analytics strategy by aligning business priorities with data capabilities. Acting as a central interface between business stakeholders, local data teams, and the global data office, it drives the delivery of impactful analytics and reporting solutions, promotes consistent performance tracking and delivers actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.

The ideal candidate combines strong analytical expertise, a deep understanding of business performance drivers and hands-on experience in BI tools.

 

 

Main responsibilities

 

Business Partnership & Use Case Delivery

  • Partner with business stakeholders to understand priorities, translate them into data use cases and support their delivery
  • Challenge and refine business requirements to ensure clarity, feasibility and value creation
  • Drive prioritization of business analytics initiatives based on impact and strategic alignment
  • Ensure delivered solutions effectively meet business needs and are adopted by end users
  • Act as a thought partner to the business, proactively identifying opportunities where data and analytics can drive performance and strategic decisions

 

Analytics, Insights & Reporting Enablement

  • Develop and maintain centralized dashboards and reporting solutions that provide a clear and aligned view of business performance across markets and functions
  • Drive the adoption of common metrics and governance standards ensuring alignment with global and regional business objectives
  • Identify reporting gaps and inefficiencies, and propose scalable solutions to improve visibility and decision-making
  • Go beyond reporting by analyzing performance trends, interpreting data and generating actionable insights to support business decisions
  • Encourage the use of self-service analytics and data literacy across teams

 

Technology, Data & AI Enablement

  • Work closely with the global data team to align local initiatives with enterprise data strategy and solutions
  • Promote reuse of existing global data assets, models, and tools where relevant
  • Ensure local needs are properly captured and represented in global initiatives
  • Facilitate coordination and smooth delivery between global and local data teams
  • Explore and promote the adoption of AI and advanced analytics capabilities (e.g., predictive analytics, automation, generative AI) to enhance BI processes and business decision-making

 

Data Culture & Change Management

  • Promote a data-driven culture within the organization
  • Contribute to the adoption of new tools, technologies, and best practices in BI and analytics
  • Contribute to improving data literacy and best practices among business users

 

Leadership & Mentorship

  • Act as a senior reference within the business analytics team, mentoring junior team members and promoting best practices
  • Contribute to building a high-performing, collaborative, and business-oriented team
  • Lead transversal initiatives and coordinate with multiple stakeholders across the region

 

Requirements 

 

+ 7 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, or Performance Management, ideally in an international environment

Proven ability to partner with business stakeholders and deliver impactful, data-driven use cases

Strong experience in standardizing KPIs and building scalable reporting frameworks and dashboards

Demonstrated capability to analyze data, interpret performance and generate actionable insights

Proficiency in BI tools such as Power BI, Qlik, Tableau; SAP BusinessObjects would be a +

Experience driving adoption of BI solutions and self-service analytics

Good understanding of advanced analytics and AI use cases applied to BI and decision-making

Strategic thinking with strong execution capabilities, strong ownership and accountability, structured problem-solving and prioritization

Results-oriented with a strong business impact mindset
