Your role :
Within the framework of the commitments defined by the Finance/Tax Department, the Senior Transfer Pricing Analyst provides transfer pricing analysis, ranging from advice to business, audits, projects,documentation and advance pricing agreements ("APAs"). He/She assists the Group's entities during tax audits in the field of transfer pricing and participates in the development and update of transfer pricing documentation. He/She also carries out quantitative analyses to help the Finance department's decisions.
Your main missions :
In compliance with French and international tax regulations, as well as the group's organization/business model, which must be taken into account in terms of transfer pricing, the Transfer Pricing Senior Analyst:
· Provides assistance with transfer pricing issues
· Ensures the analysis of the profitability of the group's entities according to their functional profile, the calculation of adjustments and the reporting of transfer pricing
· Participates in the development of the sales prices of intra-group goods and services
· Participates in the preparation of transfer pricing documentation and agreements to support intra-group transactions in accordance with local regulations (mainly French)
· Supports the development and execution of the group's intercompany transfer pricing policies
· Prepares answers to questions from tax administrations in the context of transfer pricing and/or APA audits, participates in meetings with tax authorities on transfer pricing topics or questions
· Carries out the analysis of the financial consequences of the implementation of new regulations having consequences on the group's transfer pricing policy, for sharing with its hierarchy (domestic and international legislation such as regulations initiated by the OECD and the European Union)
· Participates in the development of the Country-by-Country Report (CBCR)
· Participates in projects related to the new French or international tax rules (e.g. Pillar 1, Pillar 2)
· Carry out quantitative studies (Excel) to make informed decisions and respond to requests from other partners of the group's Finance department
Your profile :
Level of knowledge equivalent to a baccalaureate +5 in economic and tax law, completed tax law or economics as well as a minimum of 3 years' experience in a multinational group and/or consulting firm, with a particular focus on transfer pricing.
· Fluent English
· Interpersonal skills that allow you to interact with different types and levels of audiences across different cultures, creating a bond of trust and credibility with your interlocutors.
· Strong problem-solving skills
· Ability to work independently internationally
· Strong knowledge of data management, extraction and analysis as well as file and process automation (mainly Excel)
