JOB SCOPE AND MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Working as a Vision Care Education Expert, within Leonardo, EssilorLuxottica Learning Plateform,  you will be responsible for developing consistent education programs for internal and external audiences (ECP, WHS and retails): BtoB educational assets and materials. This includes eye and vision care, clinical practice management, ophthalmic lenses technologies, categories and brands to ensure the takeover of innovations by ECPs. You will lead this holistic approach to carefully develop the knowledge, know-how and expertise of each profile of practitioners (dispensers, prescribers, store owner & managers).
  • Your activity will support the agenda of EssilorLuxottica’s product launches, innovations, categories, brands and business priorities as well as local education projects.

 

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES AND RELATED ACTIVITIES:

  • Building and continuous evolving interactive learning experiences and tailored educational curriculum adapted to different audiences: Optometrists, Opticians and Sales Associates.
  • Contributing to the go-to-market plan of EssilorLuxottica Vision care solutions by delivering educational B2B assets within the right timing
  • Identifying educational needs, managing innovation pipelines, global and regional business needs
  • Developing internal and external partnerships to be accurate, impactful, compliant with global and local regulations (incl. accreditation)
  • Defining educational objective from technical, scientific or clinical perspective
  • Designing educational assets appealing for the learner and differentiating for Leonardo
  • Developing comprehensive, qualitative, scientifically and clinically exact, non-promotional contents and materials for education purposes on vision care, products and brands
  • Working with internal stakeholders, external agencies and consultants to ensure the delivery of results within guidelines, budgets and timelines
  • Producing educational assets accordingly fully aligned with Leonardo brand strategy & guidelines
  • Establishment of KPIs to measure the impact of educational programs.
  • Benchmark on optical industry learning programs & certifications
  • Innovation taking advantage of the latest technologies in the development and implementation of educational programs and initiatives

CANDIDATE PROFILE:

  • Proven, successful experience in a project / product manager role in a dynamic & complex work environment
  • Bachelor or master degree (optometry or optics)
  • Additional marketing education would be a plus
  • Demonstrated abilities to hold international role and coordinate multi-stakeholder projects in a multicultural environment
  • Solid knowledge in Education, Digital learning (Articulate, video, LMS …) Adult Learning Principles
  • Experiences in working successfully in a team and managing complex projects
  • Competence in business and technical English (written and verbal)
  • ​​​​​​​Proven experience in optical industry
  • Results oriented, customer focus and continuous improvement way of working
  • Positive approach, innovative and collaborative behaviours
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • French/Italian would be a plus
