JOB SCOPE :
Reporting to the VP Marketing & Digital EMEA, this role sits between the EMEA Instruments team and the EMEA Marketing team. In this newly, strategic position you will have to integrate instruments portfolio in all lenses categories and create a bridge between the instruments and the lenses team to maximize our offer. The objective is to put instruments back at the heart of discussions. You will have to develop a strategy, positioning, messaging and Go-To market plan to reach the client with the combo of instruments and lenses together.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Drive Growth & Market Leadership: develop and execute a high-impact marketing strategy and budget to strengthen market position and accelerate growth.
- Lead Product Launches & Innovation Pipeline: manage the go-to-market strategy for a strong pipeline of innovative solutions, ensuring successful adoption through targeted training, communication, and Roadshow materials.
- Enhance Brand Visibility & Market Share: boost brand recognition and competitive positioning through data-driven marketing initiatives.
- Develop & Optimize Sales & Marketing Assets: oversee B2B and B2B2C communication tools, including sales narratives, FAQs, digital content, and in-store activations.
- Maximize Performance & Insights: monitor key marketing KPIs, analyze trends, and drive continuous optimization.
- Foster Cross-Category Synergies: identify opportunities to integrate Instruments, Lenses, and Frames for enhanced customer engagement and revenue growth.
- Leverage Market Intelligence: transform insights into actionable strategies, shaping product positioning and innovation in collaboration with the Global Marketing Director in Instruments.

- Strategic & Hands-On: strong in strategic thinking to develop new integrated customer journeys, while also being able to execute hands-on to bring ideas to life.
- B2C & B2B Marketing Expertise: skilled in developing consumer-focused strategies (B2C sellout) and operational B2B marketing to drive results.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: proven ability to work effectively with sales, marketing, and regional teams in a global environment to align and achieve goals.
- Analytical Thinking: data-driven, with the ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.

CANDIDATE PROFILE:
- Educational Background: A Master’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent from a recognized institution.
- Experience: 8-12 years of professional experience in marketing, business development, or related fields, with a strong understanding of the full marketing mix.
- Industry Knowledge: a technical or scientific background is highly valued, with experience in the medical devices industry preferred. optical knowledge is an added advantage but not a requirement.
- Adaptability & Flexibility: highly adaptable, with the ability to transition seamlessly between different industries and roles.
- Language Skills: fluency in English is required; French is a nice-to-have but not essential.
