- Coordinate the Talent Acquisition team and support high-volume operational hiring, managing external consultancies and partners, ensuring SLA adherence, quality, and cultural alignment in large-scale recruitment processes. Monitor performance indicators and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for complex and strategic roles, ensuring hiring accuracy and an excellent candidate experience. Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers by supporting profile definition, sourcing strategies, and candidate assessment, while ensuring inclusive practices aligned with the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) agenda.
- Contribute to the development of HR policies, processes, and tools by supporting the design and implementation of Talent Acquisition methodologies and systems that drive efficiency, innovation, and standardization across the organization.
- Act as an internal consultant on Talent Acquisition topics, providing guidance and recommendations to business areas, strengthening people management decisions, and driving Employer Branding initiatives and talent attraction strategies across different organizational levels.
- Monitor indicators and market trends, conducting competitive intelligence studies and tracking key recruitment metrics (such as time to fill, turnover, and quality of hire), producing reports to support leadership decision-making.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields;
- Advanced or fluent English (experience preparing reports and presentations for global teams is required);
- Solid experience in Talent Acquisition, including recruitment of complex and strategic positions;
- Experience in manufacturing environments and/or operational process management is a plus;
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills;
- Experience managing vendors/third parties and monitoring SLAs;
- Knowledge of HR processes, policies, and metrics (KPIs, turnover, time to fill, quality of hire);
- Experience implementing Diversity, Equity & Inclusion practices in recruitment processes.
