JOB SCOPE AND MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

As Trade Marketer for BELUX, you will be in charge of executing B2B and B2C marketing activities for Independent Eye Care Practitioners (iECPs) and Buying groups for BELUX. Focus will be frames and lenses for different brands of EssilorLuxottica.
You will increase brand preference through trade marketing activations and promotional campaigns based on the plans coming from HQ and local sales. You will maximise product and categories visibility and support our products in-store with our iECP's. F.e. tailor made window executions, product launches, instore POS materials etc.  


Your main tasks will be:

  • Position our brands as the best partner for Iecp and Buying groups in the BELUX by supporting and execute the trade marketing plans for the region.
  • You will help to position our customers in BELUX and make them best in class in the region vs. competition.
  •  Execute quarterly the trade marketing plan, ensuring customers’ needs are addressed and including market specificities.
  • Adapt in Dutch and French (with the help of a translation agency) of English Marketing materials on products and brands and will distribute it to your local iEcps.
  • Coordinate the communication of product launches, price updates, product and pack changes in collaboration with Product Management team North Europe.
  • Animate and support B2B community through dedicated and efficient communication at all channels and platforms; newsletters, b2b websites, trade press, fairs, roadshows, etc.
  • Collaborate with the (customer) sales team and with customers from all channels, to gain an understanding of the market dynamics and to identify market needs and future solutions.
  • Collaborate with the North Centers of Expertise to share your market inputs and will have to proof read all the tools from the Product & Digital North teams.
  • Administrational task like reporting, invoicing, PO's (SAP) etc are part of the job as well.


CANDIDATES PROFILE:

  • With a Bachelor in Business/Marketing, you already have some experience in Trade Marketing, ideally in an International Environment (2-4 years).
  • You speak English, French and Dutch.
  • You have excellent communications and organizational skills and are a digital savvy in a way that you can work with excel and different platforms to organize our trade marketing needs.
  • Customer Focus: Knowing and collaborating with customers, collecting and acting on customer feedback and their needs, proposing improvements
  • Organized: strong in working with different projects, different files and several different platforms.
