GENERAL FUNCTION

The Frame Programs Field Consultant will serve as the primary contact for program sales growth and support within a defined geography. The Frame Program Field Consultant will be responsible for account management of program customers, ensuring the account has a clear understanding of the program, fostering relationships to serve as program and account advocates, growing the current program utilization by the account, trouble-shooting issues and managing conflict. The successful individual will be able to manage a schedule with appropriate travel in the field, typically 50%. The Frame Program Field Consultant must be persuasive, able to work independently and have exceptional interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with both the external customer (doctors and optical staff) and internal customers (other teams and cross-functional departments within EssilorLuxottica).

 

 

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Represent the Alliances Frame Programs with all program customers, aligning the features and benefits of the program with the needs of each customer.
  • Own and manage an interested Alliance member from the Registered Prospect to Activating to Onboarding Stages of the sales cycle.
  • Train and educate member locations on effective use of the program and tools.
  • Monitor and react to customer usage trends.
  • Grow penetration of program usage within individual accounts.
  • Grow the number of participating members and board share within each member’s office (and/or total number of managed facings).
  • Partner closely with department and cross-functional team members to ensure account needs are met.

 

 

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Deployment, training or related experience required.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Proven execution skills and leadership capabilities.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Highly developed and effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented and ability to multi-task.
  • Ability to deal with a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% (subject to change based on program needs).

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Optical or retail experience strongly preferred.

Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements.
