Your role

We are looking for a Senior MTE Engineer who will drive the development, industrialization, validation and continuous improvement of automated test solutions supporting new product introduction and mass production. The role collaborates closely with R&D, Manufacturing, Quality and cross-functional teams to ensure robust, efficient and scalable testing processes across multiple technology domains including Camera, RF, Electronic, Mechanical, LED, Functional and Software testing.



Main responsibilities: 

  • Develop, validate and industrialize automated test solutions for new products.
  • Support NPI activities, pilot builds, ramp-up and mass production.
  • Design, optimize and maintain test stations, fixtures and equipment.
  • Perform GR&R, correlation studies and capability analysis.
  • Analyze test data, identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
  • Improve yield, throughput, quality and test coverage through continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with R&D, Manufacturing, Process, Quality and Suppliers to resolve technical issues.
  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation, work instructions and validation reports.
  • Provide technical training and support to production teams.
  • Drive engineering changes and introduce innovative testing technologies and methodologies.

 

 

 

 

Main requirements:

  • Degree in Electronic, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Automation, Computer Engineering or equivalent.
  • Experience in Test Engineering within manufacturing or consumer electronics.
  • Knowledge of automated test systems and production test methodologies.
  • Experience with data analysis, troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
  • Familiarity with laboratory instruments and measurement equipment.
  • Knowledge of hardware-software integration and test validation.
  • Experience supporting NPI and manufacturing environments.
  • Fluent English.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Experience in one or more domains (Camera, RF, Electronic, Mechanical, LED, Functional or Software Test) is considered a strong advantage.
