ENVISION YOUR FUTURE JOB

We are looking for young, motivated, curious and enterprising talents to join us at our Operations Headquarter in Agordo (BL), where the history of our Company got started.

As New Product Introduction Manager you will join our Technical Office, which is part of the Engineering Area of EssilorLuxottica, and you will be coordinating a group of engineers involved in the industrialization process of various new models in terms of both frames and tools. Your key responsabilities will be ensuring time, costs and quality.and support people management and people development.

• You got a degree in Engineering 
• You have solid experience of technical design and structural simulations
• You have experience of managing/training a team of product engineers
• You are a flexible person, able to adapt in a contest of constant change
• You can proactively organize your time and activities to get things done
• You are fluent in English... and willing to move abroad if there is the chance!
