Your role

We are looking for a GBS specialist in managing sales audit and account receivable activities in the retail area, specifically for the Iberia region.


Main responsibilities:

  • Daily check, release and correction of the sales flow from the cash register to the accounting
  • Daily monitoring of the correct bank statements posting in ReconNet system
  • Sales reconciliation with incoming payments. Investigations with the store for shortages discrepancy
  • Report for variances, reconciled and outstanding items that to share with the subsidiaries
  • Management and reconciliations of specific tools used in the stores (Voucher, Gift cards, Health insurances, Warranties, Subscriptions)
  • Management of sales and collection of incoming payments for customers not classified as final consumers (department stores, franchisee, TP companies)

 

Main requirements:

  • Fluent English and possibly good knowledge of a second foreign language (Spanish preferable)
  • Good attitude in problem solving and relationship with other teams
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other tools of reconciliation
  • Good knowledge of basic accounting principles
