Your Role
The Direct-to-Consumer Retail Planner is part of the Direct-to-Consumer Supply Chain organization and is responsible for the eyewear product category.
The main objective of this role is to maximize service levels across our stores while minimizing obsolescence risks related to excess inventory.
This position will be the reference point of a specific set of stores or specific marketplace
Main Responsabilities:
• Define optimal inventory strategies and determine the appropriate stock levels per UPC/store to achieve service level targets.
• Collaborate with market planners to analyze sales performance and adjust plans as needed.
• Define and regularly review replenishment strategies to ensure the most effective replenishment approach
• Run weekly Sales, Inventory & Service level analysis to review status or plans when needed
• Collaborate with cross-functional and international teams to monitor Service Level and Inventory
Main Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in Supply Chain management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Solid understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes.
• Experience using ERP and planning tools.
• Proficiency in Excel and Business Intelligence tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, structured, and detail-oriented approach.
• Ability to work cross-functionally in an international context.
• Fluency in English
