Your Role

 We are seeking a Digital Continuous Improvement (D-CI) analyst to join the BPI team. Our mission is to act as an enabler for CI teams and Subject Matter Experts supporting them with digital tools and data analytics to make quick data-driven decisions, identifying and solving problems before they become critical.

 

The successful candidate will contribute to initiatives involving IIoT (Industrial Internet of Things) implementation, Statistical Process Control (SPC), data-driven efficiency improvements and LPA (Layered Process Audit) digitalization.

 

 

Main Responsibilities

 

  • Perform data analysis and visualization using SQL and Power BI
  • Conduct statistical analysis (e.g. EDA, Regression, Correlation, ANOVA, Time series) using Python or R
  • Support IIoT integration projects and digitalization initiatives for process improvement
  • Assist in monitoring SPC indicators and efficiency metrics
  • Support LPA audit digitalization and related reporting
  • Collaborate with Continuous Improvement and Operations teams to deliver actionable insights

 

Main Requirements

 

  • Educational background in STEM fields (Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, or related)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Basic knowledge of SQL and relational databases
  • Basic knowledge of data visualization tools (Power BI is a plus)
  • Basic knowledge of Python or R for statistical analysis
  • Good adaptability, flexibility, and willingness to learn in a dynamic environment
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
